ENGLISH LANGUAGE
After at least 100 hours of coursework, beginners can aim to obtain the KET (Key English Test) certificate, a certificate issued directly by Cambridge University (ESOL certification) following the passing of an examination to be taken at the British Council in Naples. After the KET, the subsequent courses are aimed at taking the PET (Preliminary English Test) examination and the FIRST CERTIFICATE examination. Training course are also provided for attaining TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), that is most useful in the field of teaching, and for the Trinity College examinations.

GERMAN LANGUAGE
The German beginners' course provides preparation for taking the Start Deutsch 1 of the Goethe Institut, the only body recognised worldwide for issuing valid certificates of knowledge of the German language. The subsequent courses are intended for taking the examinations of Start Deutsch 2 and the Zertifikat Deutsch. For subsequent levels we organise small work groups or personalised lessons.

COMPUTING
The courses and the personalised lessons in computing are designed for a maximum of three - four participants. The ideal candidate for these courses is someone starting from square one or who wants to learn quickly. People who have problems with their mouse or who find it hard to understand the complexities of software and hardware need not worry, as we are here to help you! The computing course is aimed at achieving the ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence), an essential passport for today's working world. If you do not own a personal computer, at our premises you will be able to learn how to use one and also to practise what you have learned in the lessons.

ITALIAN FOR FOREIGNERS
The courses and the lessons in Italian for foreigners are aimed at both the tourist who just for interest wants to acquire a vade-mecum that is useful for travel and the foreign student who intends to spend extended periods in Italy in order to learn Italian. An attendance certificate is awarded at the end of the courses. The association can help the student to find accommodation in the area.

OTHER LANGUAGES
On request you can also learn Spanish, French, Russian and Chinese at the association.

GASTRONONY COURSES
Courses in gastronomy and lessons in cuisine or confectionery are available for the more inquisitive housewives. The lessons are also aimed at tourists, both Italian and foreign.

OTHER COURSES
At the request of members courses are also organised on diction, English for children, theatre in the English language and many other activities, the goals of which are always the realising of the association's objectives.

THE SERVICES
The library and media library service is available for members and for holders of the library card, the special subscription that allows you to use the library and media library even if you are not a member. In addition, all members are entitled to:
1. attend one free lesson selected from among the active courses;
2. browse the internet by appointment when the internet point is free and to set up an email account;
3. consult and borrow books and multi-media material from our library and media library;
4. watch films in their original language and participate in events such as cine-forums in their own language;
5. visit our centre at any time and read newspapers and magazines in their own language;
6. enrol in our group trips at discounted prices;
7. take advantage of a variety of discounts offered by participating shops.
