To encourage an exchange between the various cultures, lessons and meetings on the cuisine and confectionery of other cultures and nations are arranged (for example, English, German or even Russian cuisine). The meetings and the lessons are organised on request throughout the year. During the summer they are arranged particularly for tourists.

These activities are not intended for professionals but are merely for recreation and are complementary to the learning of a foreign language and culture.
